Nikon’s Z fc improved as a mirrorless Camera with Retro Styling

March 22, 2022

Nikon has released the new Z fc with the classic looks as Nikon has in the z series. The retro aesthetic looks are designed to evoke the film SLR from the ’80s with dedicated dials for shutter speed, exposure compensation, and ISO. The camera also has Precision carved aluminum dials with engraved markings with Mechanical controls. This camera could be for vloggers as it has a multi-angle touchscreen for the first time in a Z series for convenience and freedom to capture. The Z fc has a 20.9MP DX CMOS sensor which is paired with the EXPEED 6 engine and the light-gathering advantages of the wider Z mount lenses to take good images in the low light. The camera also has intelligent Eye-Detection AF for the video that locks into eyes to humans, dogs, cats and follows the subject. Nikon says that “ISO sensitivity goes all the way up to ISO 51,200 (expandable to ISO 204,800) with superb sharpness, detail, and clarity”.
